This is the story of my first tattoo. The first of well... about 15. I must count them some day. Anyway. I was 17 and belonged to a streetgang. The gangleader had as a kind of initiation the custom to tattoo your initials on your ankle. So that's the story. I went to his house all nervose. I sat down. He shaved my ankle, put some alcohol over it and then with some normal ink and a needle he began. Ofcourse it hurt. They all did. But he, life is though. In that days part of our trips included going to soccergames. Especially of the soccerclub of Rotterdam : Feyenoord. The hooligans of this club now have their own tattoo ( S.C.F.) which comes from this custom. Funny enough the only tattooartist who is permitted to do this tattoo has my former gangleader as piercingartist in his shop.
